1) Dispatch and Delivery Days
- Dispatch: Orders with approved payment are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 15:00 are processed on the following business day.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on the carrier (may vary in remote regions/busy periods).
- Shipping days: Mon–Sat. No shipments on public holidays or Sundays.
2) Shipping Fee and Tracking
The shipping fee and any free-shipping conditions are displayed on the checkout page. Tracking information is shared via email/SMS.
3) Inspection on Delivery
Please check for external damage before accepting the package. If you find damaged/wet/dented packages, have the courier record it and do not accept delivery; immediately notify us at info@hasatcenneti.com / +90 546 970 82 58.
4) Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders not yet dispatched can be made by email or phone. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; the return process applies.
5) Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- Period: You may request a return under the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery.
- Exceptions: Perishable products, products that may expire, and products whose packaging has been opened and are unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons cannot be returned.
- Method: Send your return request to info@hasatcenneti.com; you will receive return instructions and (if applicable) a return code. The product must be returned with its invoice and all accessories, in resalable condition.
- Refund (business days): After the return is approved, refunds are typically issued via the original payment method within 3–10 business days, subject to bank/payment institution processing times.
6) Exchange
Subject to stock availability, exchanges can be made within 7–14 days. If suitable stock is unavailable, a refund may be preferred.
7) Wrong/Missing Product
Please report with photos within 48 hours after delivery. In confirmed cases, return shipping is at our expense.
