1. Do your products have an organic certificate?

Our products that are declared as organic have a certificate.

2. What are the ingredients of the products? What is the allergen information?

Information about the contents of the products and allergen warnings are available in the description section of our product page. In addition, relevant information is also included on the packaging of our product.

3. How can I place my order?

Placing your order is very easy! After selecting the products you want to buy and adding them to your cart, click on the bag icon in the upper right corner. Review your cart and proceed to the payment page by clicking on the ‘Go to Payment Page’ button. On the payment page, enter your delivery and billing information and select the payment method. After making sure that you have entered all the information correctly, you can create your order by clicking on the ‘Confirm Order’ button. When your order is confirmed, you will be notified by e-mail.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We have online payment with bank/credit cards, payment by bank transfer/EFT and payment at the door options. Payment for our products sold by weighing can only be made at the door due to possible differences in weight.

5. Where are your delivery areas?

We deliver your orders to all over Turkey.

6. When will my order be delivered?

After you place an order, it will be prepared within 1-3 business days and delivered to the relevant cargo company. Delivery time may vary depending on the density of the cargo company and the region where the order is placed. When it is shipped, you will be sent an information e-mail and this e-mail will include your cargo tracking number. This way, you can easily track where your order is.

7. What are your return policies?

Within the scope of our return policy, you can return the product you purchased within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and unopened. After you create your return request, the necessary checks will be made when the product reaches us and when your return is approved, your payment will be refunded according to the payment method you used. 8. I received a faulty product, what should I do?

If you receive a faulty product, don’t worry! You can contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery to report the situation. You can send the faulty product back free of charge for a replacement or request a full refund. For a quick solution, you must send photos of the faulty product and your order number to our customer service.
