1. Parties
Seller: Hasat Cenneti (Address: Zekeriya Village, Subaşı Abdi District No: 147 -A, Gölyaka / Düzce, Türkiye)

Buyer: The individual or entity placing an order via hasatcenneti.com.
2. Subject
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties arising from the Buyer’s purchase of the products whose characteristics and sale price are specified on hasatcenneti.com, in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Product, Price and Payment
The order summary includes the product type(s), quantity, and total amount including taxes/shipping. Payment is collected via the methods offered on the site; campaign/coupon information is displayed prior to payment.
4. Delivery
Products are dispatched to the address specified by the Buyer within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on the shipping company (may vary in remote regions and busy periods). Tracking information is shared with the Buyer.
5. General Provisions
5.1. The Buyer confirms electronic approval of the Pre-Information Form prior to order confirmation.
5.2. Delivery may be delayed in extraordinary circumstances such as force majeure/natural disasters; the Seller will notify of any delay.
5.3. Additional costs arising from failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address or refusal to accept delivery are borne by the Buyer.
6. Right of Withdrawal
6.1. The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without justification. Withdrawal notification must be sent in writing to info@hasatcenneti.com.
6.2. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are perishable or may expire, and for products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health/hygiene reasons.
6.3. In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller protected from shipping damage, together with its invoice and all accessories (if any).
7. Refund
The Seller shall refund the payment via the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice and returned product. Any effects arising from bank processes are outside the Seller’s control.
8. Defective Goods
The Buyer may exercise the optional rights (refund, discount, free repair, replacement) provided under Law No. 6502. Defect notifications must be made within a reasonable period.
9. Dispute Resolution
Within the applicable jurisdictional limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction; for disputes exceeding these limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
10. Entry into Force
The agreement is deemed formed upon the Buyer’s electronic approval and is retained in our systems.
